THE TYPE OF HEAD BAKER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications :
A culinary degree is preferred but not required. If you can meet these qualifications, you may be perfect for this kitchen management role!
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR HEAD BAKER
In this kitchen management position, you oversee all kitchen operations, including order management and production. You're responsible for baking and preparing sweet and savory goods, salads, and sandwiches, as well as hiring and training staff.
Managing the kitchen schedule, conducting inventory, and analyzing food costs are also part of your role. You enjoy working with the owners to ensure the kitchen aligns with the bakery's vision and goals!
The schedule is five days a week, starting at 6 : 00 AM and ending at 3 : 00 PM, with at least one or two weekend days.
